Activates Frost Blade 1 and Ice Veil for self and adjacent Creatures. If a Creature with Ice Veil takes DMG, inflict Freeze on a random enemy Creature, skipping its next turn. Ice Veil lasts for 2 rounds.
This skill can now be upgraded.
Note: For some reason each instance of Frost Blade that is given with this skill acts uniquely. So each turn another version is added. This means after 2 turns, the Creature will have a 25% + 25% = 43.75% chance to freeze the enemy. These unique versions of Frost Blade DO NOT individually proc Frost Blade Rune, unfortunately.
